We are incorporated, registered and licensed by Cooperate Affairs Commission and Central Bank of Nigeria to operate as a BDC.

Some years before then some professionals who were working as staff of the company discovered a big problem in meeting the need for Foreign Exchange services in maintaining Foreign exchange business e-marketing demand on that time.
To this effect, the company initiated a plan to create a business which does not only perform the traditional foreign exchange service of transacting business through physical cash but also providing excellent and qualitative services like the cashless transaction services anticipated by the Central Bank of Nigeria to the Commercial Banks.

Creating the standard also led to the building of a structure like that of the Commercial Banks (including a banking hall with a modern security door attached for entrance and exit).
